4. Please Note All Rentals Must Be Returned By 7 P.M.
5. 50% Down Payment Due At The Time Of Making Reservation, Absolutely No Refunds, We Will Issue A Rain-Check Voucher Which Will Never Expire, Also Transferrable To A Friend Or Family Member, We Would Need Written Email From Customer Consent To Transfer His/Her Reservation. 6. If The Rental Is Brought Back Dirty, $100 Cleaning Fee Will Be Charged To Renter. 
7.  Tying Vessels To Docks Is Absolutely Not Allowed - Please Have A Boat Lift At The House You Are Renting From, Or If A Boat Lift Isn't Available, You Can Rent One Of Sterling Marina & Rentals Boat Lifts For $80 A Day Plus Install & Removal Fee's.
8. When The Customer Rents Any Of Sterling Marina & Rentals Water Toys, A $35 Fuel Surcharge Will Be Added. Kindly Note If you Bring Your Own Water Toys The Fuel Surcharge Is $45 Per Item.
