Tying Vessels To Docks Is Absolutely Not Allowed - Please Have A Boat Lift At The House You Are Renting From, Or If A Boat Lift Isn't Available, You Can Rent One Of Sterling Marina & Rentals Boat Lifts For $80 A Day Plus Install & Removal Fee's Or We Can Provide More anchors To Let The Boat Swing In The Wind Close To The Dock, But Not Touching Dock.
If The Reservation is Made Through Sterling Marina & Rentals Office We Require 50% Down Payment. If The Reservation Is Made Through Our Online Booking Company Portal They Require 100% Full Payment.
If The Rental Is Brought Back Dirty, $100 Cleaning Fee Will Be Charged To Renter.
If You Are Damaging Our Equipment, Putting Other Patrons In Harms Way, Or Not Abiding By Our Rules, We Reserve The Right To Cancel Your Rental.
Cancellations:
Once You Make A Reservation With Sterling Marina & Rentals, There Are No Refunds. However You Will Not Lose Any Money You'll Be Offered A Non-Expiring Rain Check Voucher Which Can Also Be Transferred To a Friend Or Family Member, We Would Need Written Email From Customer Consent To Transfer His/Her Reservation, Please Understand That Full Payment Is Due Immediately Upon Postponing Your Reservation To Another Day.
If You Need To Cancel For Reasons Of A Death In Your Family A Non-Expiring Rain Check Will Be Issued, Please Understand That Full Payment Is Due Immediately Upon Postponing Your Vacation, You Will Not Lose Any Money With Our Non-Expiring Rain Check Program, As We Understand Death Can Sneak Up Unfortunately.
If The Customer Cancels Within 24 Hours Or Up To 5 Days Prior To Your Rental Date, Or A No-Show, The Fee Is 100% Of Entire Rental Absolutely No Refunds, Or Rain Checks, Unless It's A Death In The Family Or Approved By Management Via Email Approval.
